Greetings all!
Dax Ltd is pleased to announce its newest IPO offering and a chance for you to take part in the largest event in Eve History! I'm going to skip through the general plan layout, multitude of FAQs, and hogwash that people write, and get straight to it.
***BUSINESS PLAN***
I'm looking for a public investment of 100,000 ISK which will be used to purchase 15 exotic dancers, 50 cases of spirits, and 10 units of Mindflood, which will be the basis for a massive celebration in my hangar.
***SHARES***
1,000 shares are available for issuance, at 100 ISK apiece. These priceless shares will pay 25% interest monthly, which likely makes this IPO the most valuable offering available on the market.
***SCAMTASTIC!***
Not likely! However, I do reserve the right to not remember this post, or those shares, what happened, or anything at all the morning after the massive hangar party.

Shares in closed corps do not vanish unless you put them on an alt and delete it.
Ricdic, I know you're tight on ISK right now, but unfortunately, I have no mechanism in place to deal with layaway or payment plans.
I encourage you to turn to your friends, corpmates, and colleagues to find the ISK to buy a share. Good luck!

I've already acquired half my Mindflood needs.
As for the Exotic dancers, I highly doubt that you would provide them cheaper than I can get them from the public. Who ever heard of a pimp selling his girls at discount? No my friend, I'll pass.
